摘 要:为烤烟品种的推广应用及其品质鉴定提供理论支撑,以‘云烟87’、‘遵烟6号’和‘K326’为材料,研究了不同品种烤烟在移栽后0—45天碳氮及其次生代谢相关酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,(1)3种烤烟品种淀粉酶都随移栽时间呈逐渐上升的趋势,其中移栽后45天‘云烟87’的淀粉酶活性值最大。(2)‘云烟87’烟叶蔗糖合成酶活性随着生育期迅速上升;‘遵烟6号’烟叶蔗糖合成酶活性生育期相对稳定;‘K326’烟叶蔗糖合成酶活性呈现先下降后上升的趋势,与其他品种相比,在移栽后30—45天酶活性较低。(3)‘云烟87’的烟叶蔗糖转化酶活性先缓慢上升,30天后较为稳定‘;遵烟6号’烟叶蔗糖转化酶活性在生育期一直较为稳定;‘K326’的烟叶蔗糖转化酶活性呈现出先升后降的变化趋势。移栽后30—45天,‘云烟87’和‘遵烟6号’烟叶蔗糖转化酶活性都高于‘K326’。(4)‘云烟87’硝酸还原酶活性在上升至15天后较稳定,‘遵烟6号’表现出较大的波动,‘K326’呈现逐渐下降的趋势。(5)‘云烟87’烟叶的苯丙氨酸裂解酶活性呈现先略微升高随后下降的变化趋势;‘遵烟6号’和‘K326’均随着生育期呈现升-降-升的变化趋势。总之‘,云烟87’具有更强的碳氮代谢和次生物质代谢能力。To provide theoretical support in promoting the use of tobacco varieties and quality accreditation,we use‘Yunyan87',‘Zunyan6' and ‘K326'as materials, the dynamic changes on secondary enzymes activeness of the three flue-cured tobacco leaves in carbon and nitrogen metabolism were studied. The result showed that: (1)The activity of amylase in all three flue-cured tobacco leaves rose as transplant time went by.The activity of amylase in‘Yunyan87'was highest between 15thand 45thday after transplanting. (2) The sucrose synthase activity in‘Zunyan6'was relatively stable in 45th days, in which‘Yunyan87'cut down quickly, at 30th day, the lowest, then kept on the contrary, the sucrose synthase activity in‘Yunyan87' went up rapidly. Between 30th and 45th day, which in‘K326'was lowest. (3) The invertase activity in‘Yunyan87'went up slowly at the beginning, and then changing less. In‘K326', it increased and then decreased, at 15th day, the maximum. The invertase activity in‘Zunyan6'did not change much. Between 30th and 45th day after
