农业院校图书馆服务“三农”的制约因素分析与对策

摘　　要：农业院校图书馆为"三农"提供信息服务有着得天独厚的优势,但也存在着诸多制约因素,如体制问题、成本管理问题、知识产权问题。因此,农业院校图书馆在为"三农"提供信息服务时应注重树立服务"三农"的理念,创新服务"三农"的模式,优化服务"三农"的手段,坚持服务"三农"的原则,探索服务"三农"的运行机制。Agricultural college library has unique advantage to serve for ＂Sannong＂, but there are also many constraints. For example, institutional issues, cost of management, intellectual property. Therefore, agricultural college library should pay attention to establish the concept of service for ＂Sannong＂, innovated service mode for ＂Sannong＂, means of optimization service for ＂three rural issues＂, service principles for ＂Sannong＂, operational mechanism of service for three rural issues.
