摘　　要：主要介绍了移动数字图书馆的概念、特点及服务"三农"的新模式,提出建设云南农业数字图书馆,全面进行数字资源建设整合;完善"三农通专家咨询服务平台"服务功能模式,深入科普基地全面进行需求分析;研究移动信息服务集成的相关理论,构建完善的理论体系;构建适合云南本地特色的移动信息服务新模式4个方面,研究云南农业信息移动服务集成模式,同时对移动农业信息服务面临的问题进行了讨论。In this article, the author mainly introduced the concept, characteristics and new service mode for poverty alleviation of the mobile digital library, and research on Yunnan integrated model of agricultural mobile information service from four aspects： （1） integrate the overall digital resources and construct Yunnan agricultural digital library; （2） perfect the function of the service platform of agricultural information for poverty alleviation in rural information service and analyze comprehensive needs of peasant from the base science site; （3） research on integration theory of mobile information service and construct the perfect theoretical system; （4） construct a new mode of mobile information services for the Yunnan local characteristics. At the same time, the author discussed the problems of agricultural mobile information service facing in the future.
