摘 要:三磷酸腺苷(ATP)和其水解化合物(ADP、AMP)在动物和植物体研究中应用价值突显,目前广泛用于临床医学研究、食品等领域。为更好的掌握ATP在动物和植物体中含量检测方法的研究进展,本研究分析了国内外现有ATP的各种提取、检测方法以及应用情况,并归纳总结了各种检测方法的优缺点,其中涉及目前国内外ATP最新检测技术,指出在相当一段时间内利用高效液相色谱技术检测ATP仍然是主流。为日后进一步开发出更准确、方便快捷的检测方法奠定基础,最后展望能运用各种研究方法和手段为ATP的检测开发出高效稳定的检测技术方法。Application value of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and its hydrolysis compounds (ADP, AMP) were highlights, especially in study of animals and plants, and it was widely used in the field of clinical medical, food, etc. To better graph the study advance of detection technique of ATP in body of animal and plant, this paper illustrates all kinds of extraction and detection methods and application for ATP, which included the latest ATP detection technology on domestic and overseas, and pointed out that one of the advantages and disadvantaged. The HPLC would be still the main stream method in the long term. The study laid the foundation for developing more accurate, convenient and rapid detection method in the future. At last, the prospect of the ATP detection technology in the future was carried out.
