摘  要:研究小豆结荚高度性状的遗传变异规律,为通过杂交方法选育高结荚小豆品种提供理论依据。选用不同结英高度的5个小豆亲本材料进行杂交,分析4个杂交组合F2世代结荚高度性状的遗传变异。结果表明:各组合结荚高度在该世代均有较丰富的变异;含有高结荚亲本的3个组合F2世代,结荚高度均出现个别超高亲材料,遗传力为62.48%~74.49%,可以在早世代进行较严格的选择。从遗传进度值看,3个组合F2世代群体,都具有将结荚高度提高5cm以上的选择空间。相关性研究表明,小豆结荚高度性状表现在不同种植环境条件下,具有较好的相对稳定性;杂交后代结荚高度可在播种后9~18天通过第一节高度进行间接鉴定。To provide theoretical basis for breeding new varieties of adzuki bean with higher first pod height though crossing, we explored the inheritance of the first pod height in adzuki bean, five parent materials of adzuki bean with different first pod height were used to analysis the genetic variation of the first pod height in F2 generation of four hybrid combinations. The resuhs showed that abundant variations existed in this generation of each combination; Small part of materials of higher first pod height were found in F2 generation of three combinations which had high first pod height parent. More rigid selection in the early generation could be conducted for high heritability of 62.48%-74.49%. In terms of their genetic advance, the first pod height had the potential to raise 5 cm in F2 generation of these three combinations. The results also showed that the first pod height had good stability under different environmental conditions. Indirect evaluation to this trait could be used though the trait of first section height in the hybrid generations during 9-18 days after seeding.
