摘 要:旨在研究2种转双价基因棉在棉黄萎病菌压力环境下的生存竞争能力。以‘赣棉杂1号’和‘赣棉11号’为对照,在黄萎病圃检测转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉、转Cry1Ac+EPSPS基因棉发病情况、生长和产量竞争能力。2个转双价基因棉抗黄萎病性不显著的强于2个对照;转Cry1Ac+EPSPS基因棉株高、覆盖度增长竞争能力相对较强,转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉相对较弱;转Cry1Ac+EPSPS基因棉的单株成铃和果枝层数较高,增长竞争能力也较强,转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉较弱;2个转双价基因棉最后的脱落率与2个对照差异不显著;转Cry1Ac+EPSPS基因棉籽棉、皮棉产量介于2个对照之间,而转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉的产量低于2个对照。转Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab基因棉推广种植可行性相对较差,转Cry1Ac+EPSPS基因棉推广种植可行性一般。This research aimed to detect survival competitiveness of two transgenic double genes cotton under the pressure of Verticillium dahliae.The research was carried out at Verticillium wilt nursery, and investigated the incidence of Verticillium dahliae, detected growth and production competitiveness of transgenic CrylAc+ Cry2Ab cotton and transgenic CrylAc+EPSPS cotton, the CK1 was ' ganmian za No. 1', the CK2 was 'ganmian No.ll'. The resistance to verticillium dahliae of two transgenic double genes cotton was not significantly stronger than CK1 and CK2; the height and coverage competitiveness of transgenic CrylAc+EPSPS cotton were relatively stronger, those of transgenic CrylAc + Cry2Ab cotton were relatively weaker; the boll numbers and fruit branch layers of transgenic CrylAc+EPSPS cotton were more than CK1 and CK2, the competitiveness of them was stronger, and those of transgenic CrylAc+Czy2Ab cotton were less than CK1 and CK2; the drop rate of two objects was not significantly difference with CK1 and CK2. seed cotton and lint yield of transgenic CrylAc+EPSPS cotton were between CK1 and CK2, and those of transgenic CrylAc+Cry2Ab cotton were lower than CK1 and CK2. The results showed that the planting feasibility of transgenic CrylAc+Cry2Ab cotton was relatively poor, and that of transgenic CrylAc+EPSPScotton was general.
