摘　　要：针对变电站内多种智能系统间数据的多源性、异构性、重复性以及难以共享等问题,本文提出了一种基于统一建模数据及改进型关系数据库的变电站统一信息平台。该平台将变电站内运维管理的8大类数据利用IEC 61970的公共信息模型进行统一建模,在站端完成数据集成和数据标准化,实现两区之间数据的实时共享与无缝对接;利用改进型关系数据库实现数据的统一存储,保证基础数据的完整性、准确性和一致性,为变电站驾驶舱提供了坚实可靠的数据支持。For the variety of intelligent systems in substation, data among them are multi-source, heterogeneous, repeated and difficult to share. So that this paper presents a substation unified information platform which is based on unified data modeling and improved relational database. Eight categories of substation operation and. maintenance data are modeled by using common information model of IEC 61970, and data integration and data standardization are completed on tile station side. In this way, data between the two areas are real-time shared and seamless connected. An improved relational database is used to realize the unified data storage to ensure the completeness, accuracy and consistency of the basic data. As a result, solid and reliable data is supported to substation cockpit.
