摘 要:针对低空高速分瓣式头罩分离运动过程,为获得不同工况下头罩分离运动参数和罩体结构变形特征,采用CFD方法求解N-S方程得到分离过程气动力,并通过编程加载至动力学仿真模型;基于多体动力学使用LMS Virtual.Lab建立头罩分离模型.通过仿真获得低空高速头罩在不同工况下分离角速度等运动参数和头罩罩体变形量,分析不同分离弹簧力和工况对头罩分离运动和变形的影响.结果发现:分离弹簧对低空高速头罩的分离运动起主要作用,工况中的头罩分离高度对头罩运动的影响大于攻角对其影响,头罩在低空的结构变形量最大为125.964 mm,应在同类问题研究分析中予以考虑.To obtain the separation movement parameters and fairing body structure deformation features under different conditions during the separation movement process of low-altitude and high-speed split- type fairing, the CFD method is used to solve N-S equation, and the aerodynamic force during the separation process is obtained and loaded into the dynamics simulation model by programming; the fairing separation model is built by LMS Virtual. Lab based on multi-body dynamics. The movement parameters such as angular velocity of separation and body structure deformation of the low-altitude and high-speed fairing under different conditions are obtained by simulation, and the effect of different separation spring force and conditions on the fairing separation movement and deformation is analyzed. It is found that, the separation spring has the main effect on the low-altitude and high-speed fairing; under the working condition, the height separation of the fairing has much more effect on fairing movement than attack angle; the maximum structure deformation of fairing is 125. 964 mm in the lower atmosphere, which should be considered during researching and analyzing the similar problems.
