氦氖激光穴位照射治疗膝骨关节炎研究

摘　　要：目的:观察并比较骨关节炎氦氖激光穴位照射与普通针刺两种方法的差异性。方法:以氦氖激光穴位照射模拟针刺和普通针刺为手段,选取犊鼻穴治疗膝关节骨关节炎,开展随机、对照临床试验。采用AKS膝关节综合评分进行评价。结果:氦氖激光照射组治疗6周后与治疗前比较,在疼痛、关节稳定性与活动度和功能评分中行走方面均有显著改善(P值<0.05),在功能评分中上下楼方面有改善趋势。对照普通针刺组治疗前后同节点相应指标均无统计学差异(P值>0.05)。结论:犊鼻穴氦氖激光照射对膝关节骨关节炎确有一定疗效,治疗作用和普通针刺无差异性。Objects： To observe the therapeutic effects of the He-Ne laser acupoint-irradiation at Dubi（ST35） to the knee osteo arthritis, compared with the efficacy of intervention of acupuncture. Methods：Randomized controlled clinical trial was conduc ted on patients with knee OA by giving an experimental group the He-Ne laser acupoint-irradiation at Dubi（ST35）, while the control group with acupuncture. AKS score was adopted as the criterion for therapeutic evaluation. Results：The AKS pain, flexion, stability, walking scores of the He-Ne laser irradiation group improved significantly at the sixth weeks（P^0. 050）. No significant differences at each score were found between the laser irradiation group and the acupuncture group before and after the treatment（P〉0. 050）. Conclusions.. He-Ne laser irradiation at acupoint Dubi（ST35）has an obvious therapeutic efficacy on patients with knee OA. There is no significance between the laser irradiation and the acupuncture at acupoint Dubi（ST35） on patients with knee OA.
