论中国足球“黑经纪”的法律监管——以白川案为视角

摘　　要：中国足坛存在着许多不具备足球经纪人从业资格的"黑经纪"。这一现象带来很大的负面效应,甚至引发足坛的腐败现象,目前尚缺乏有效的法律监管机制。中国足协作为行业主管部门,应会同其他相关政府部门,制定切实有效的规章制度,为中国足球振兴扫清障碍。There are many ＂illegitimate brokers＂ who do not have the qualifications of being soccer brokers in China. The phenomenon has brought great negative effects to China＇s football, and even led to corruptions. At present, there is no effective legal supervision mechanism for it. As the authority of administering China＇s football, Chinese Football Association should cooperate with other relevant government departments to formulate practical and effective rules and regulations and to clear away the obstacles of revitalizing China＇s football.
