摘  要:在分析甩挂运输作业过程及其组织特点的基础上,基于对甩挂运输试点企业及牵引车、挂车生产企业的调查,采用FMEA(故障类型和影响分析)的改进方法,针对甩挂运输的作业流程进行风险分析,以发现作业过程中的主要风险因素,并提出相关应对措施。结果表明,在甩挂运输过程中,场站作业人员作业状况、半挂汽车列车的技术状态以及驾驶员驾驶状态是甩挂运输作业过程中主要的风险因素,应采取安全激励措施,并加强对人员、车辆的安全监管。Based on the analysis on the operating process and organizational characteristics of drop and pull transport, and along with the investigation on pilot enterprises of it and the producers of tractor and trailer, the paper analyzed the risk in the processes of drop and pull transport by using improved FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis). Thus the main risk factors were located and the relevant measures were proposed for solution. The results show that the conditions of operators in the freight station, the technical state of tractor and trailer, and the driver are the main risk factors in the drop and pull transport process. Therefore, some safety incentives were suggested to strengthen safety supervision on working staff, tractors and trailers.
