摘 要:研究了2-羟基-4-异戊烯氧基查尔酮类化合物的合成方法。在本文报道两种合成方法,方法一,经过羟基保护、醇醛缩合、水解及异戊烯基取代四步反应;方法二,采用异戊烯基取代、醛酮缩合两步反应合成目标化合物。其结构经IR、1H-NMR和MS等确证。结果本实验采用第二种合成方法,此方法得到标题化合物产率高、反应时间短、操作简便、收率高等优点。The synthetic methods of 2-hydroxy-4-isopentenoxyl chalcones were studied in this paper. Two synthetic routes were adopted, the first synthetic methods was accomplished by hydroxyl protection, alodl condensation reaction, hydrolysis and isopentene group substitution for four steps reaction; The second methods was accomplished by isopentene group substitution and alodl condensation reaction. The structures of the syn- thesized compounds were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS. The second methods were adopted by the reaction time being short, the operation process being simple and the yield being good in this paper.
