摘　　要：将酪素-胶乳浸液、间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳浸液、溶剂型氯化胶乳浸液等几种常见的帆布浸液进行对比,选取间苯二酚-甲醛-胶乳浸液作为阻燃浸液的基本液.采用胶乳复配技术,添加阻燃剂来实现阻燃的目的.甲醛与间苯二酚的摩尔比为2∶1,氯化胶乳与丁吡胶乳的用量比为1.3∶1,此法获得的浸胶帆布LOI为26、剥离力为7 N/mm左右.此种方法工艺简单、效率高、成本低,适用于工业化生产.By comparing the Casein-latex dipping liquid, resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex and latex dipping liquid, Resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex was used as dipping latex. Compounding technology was used in latex. Adding and mix the liquid in fire retardant to achieve the goals. The molar ratio of formaldehyde to resorcinol 2： 1. The LOI of canvas is 26, peel force of canvas about 7 N/ram. The process is simple, high efficiency, low cost, suitable for industrial production.
