Orem自理模式应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Orem自理模式应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的效果。方法将726例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者按照住院号奇偶随机分为试验组375例和对照组351例,对照组采用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上,应用Orem自理模式护理。出院时评价2组患者术后下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间、3 d后患者腹胀人数、护理质量及患者满意度。结果试验组患者下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间明显比对照组显著提前(P<0.01),术后3 d的腹胀人数试验组明显比对照组减少(P<0.01),试验组护理质量及患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用Orem自理模式护理,可以提高患者疾病管理的主动性和效能,从而促进患者早日康复,并能提高护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To explore the Orem self-care model of the effect of the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 726 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were in accordance with the hospital parity number 351 cases 375 cases randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group using conventional care, experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing, application of Orem self-care mode of nursing, the hospital bed evaluation of two groups of patients with postoperative time, anal exhaust time, 3 days for the first time the number of patients with abdominal distention,nursing quality and patients satisfaction. Results The experimental group patients bed activity time, for the first time the anus exhaust time obviously than the control group （P〈0.01） ,postoperative 3 days in advance of the abdominal distension in experimental group than the control group obviously reduced （P〈0.01） ; Experimental group nursing quality and patient satisfaction is significantly higher than the sl control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Orem self-care mode of nursing, can improve the initiative and effectiveness of patient disease management, thus promote the patient recover at an early date, and can improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
