综合干预对我院冠脉介入诊疗术围术期抗菌药物使用的效果

摘　　要：目的调查综合干预对我院经皮冠脉介入诊疗术(PCI)围术期抗菌药物使用的影响,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法开展临床抗菌药物使用综合整治活动,采用临床药师用药点评方式,对2012年1-5月(对照组)、7-12月(干预组)在我院行冠脉介入诊疗术患者围术期抗菌药物使用情况进行对比分析。结果干预后,抗菌药物使用率从94.62%下降为10.83%,合理用药率从6.99%上升至89.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合干预能有效降低冠脉介入诊疗术围术期的抗菌药物使用率,提高合理使用抗菌药物水平。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive intervention on antibacterial agents use during peri-operative period in PCI for reference to the clinic. Methods Comprehensive remediation activities of clinical application of antibacterial agents was carried out, and the antibacterial agents use during peri-operative period in PCI of our hospital of control group（ from January to May 2012 ） and intervention group （from July to December 2012 ） were analyzed and compared through prescriptions＇ comments by clinical pharmacist. Results After intervention, the per- centage of antibacterial agents use decreased from 94.62% to 10. 83% , and rational drug use rate increased from 6. 99% to 89. 17% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can reduce peri-operative prophylactic use of antibacterial agents, and improve the rational use level of antibacterial agents.
