党建资源整合视阈中的城乡基层党组织互帮互助研究

摘　　要：加强城乡基层党建资源整合是统筹城乡发展和建设社会主义新农村的必然要求,也是解决当前农村基层党组织建设面临问题的重要途径;城乡党的基层组织互帮互助是整合城乡组织资源、干部资源和党内关怀资源等方面党建资源的重要载体;开展城乡党的基层组织互帮互助工作要坚持统筹兼顾、追求实效、注重制度等原则。It is a necessity to strengthen the resource integration of grassroot Party organizations in urban and rural areas for the urban and rural development as a whole and the building of new socialist countryside. It is also an important path to solve the problems in the construction of rural grassroots Party organizations at present. Mutual aid between Party organizations in urban and rural grassroot is an important path for the Party construction, such as the integration of organizational resources, cadre resources and care resources insider the Party. This mutual aid should be carried on in the ways of overall consideration, pursuit of effectiveness and the construction of system.
