摘　　要：本文研究了过硫酸钾氧化紫外分光光度法测定总氮的过程中,通过标准曲线、标准物质、具体试样的一系列测定探讨,发现试剂、实验用水、实验器皿、实验环境等对测定结果有很大影响。This paper studies the potassium per sulfate oxidation UV spectrophotometer method for the determination of total nitrogen in the process, through the standard curve, standard material, concrete specimen of a series of reagents, determination, found the experimental water, the experimental vessel, experimental environment has a great effect on the determination results.
