摘　　要：目的了解产前ABO抗体效价异常在孕妇中所占比率及临床意义。方法用微柱凝胶法进行IgG抗-A或抗-B抗体效价检测。结果 1 150例孕妇中血清抗体效价≥1∶256者有119例,异常检出率为10.3%。结论孕妇在围产保健时进行ABO血型抗体效价检测,为预防或减少新生儿溶血病的发生,可提前进行预防和治疗。Objective To investigate the proportion of prenatal abnormal ABO antibody titer in pregnant women and its clinical significance. Methods Micro-column gel method was used to detect IgG anti-A or anti-B antibody titer. Results Of the 1150 eas- es of pregnant women, there were 119 eases of serum antibody titer ≥1：256, the abnormal rate was 10.3%. Conclusion The de- tection of ABO blood group antibody titer in perinatal health eare of pregnant women can prevent or reduce the occurrence of hemolytic disease of the newborn, can prevent and cure early.
