摘　　要：目的观察蝉衣桔梗二陈汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 50例感染后咳嗽患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例以蝉衣桔梗二陈汤治疗,对照组25例用泼尼松治疗,疗程均为12 d。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.0%和64.0%,统计显示治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蝉衣桔梗二陈汤治疗感染后咳嗽疗效良好。Objective To observe the efficacy of Chanyi Jiegeng Erchen Decoction on post-infectious cough （PIC）. Methods 50 patients with post-infectious cough were randomly assigned to two groups, 25 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chanyi Jiegeng Erchen Decoction, and 25 patients in the control group were treated with Prednisone, for a course of 12 days. Resuits The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group, higher than 64.0% in the control group, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chanyi Jiegeng Erchen Decoction is a quite effective treatment for PIC.
