得宝松注射液治疗神经性皮炎的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨得宝松注射液治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取该院2010年8月—2012年8月收治的138例神经性皮炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组68例和对照组70例,治疗组采用得宝松注射液局部注射治疗,对照组采用复方氟米松软膏外用治疗,比较两组患者的疗效差异及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为84.29%,治疗组总有效率为95.59%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为7.14%,治疗组不良反应发生率为5.88%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论得宝松注射液局部注射治疗神经性皮炎是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Diprospan injection in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods 138 cases of neurodermatitis admitted in our hospital from August, 2010 to August, 2012 were selected as the subjects. These patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 68 cases and control group of 70 cases. The treatment group was given local injection with Diprospan. The control group was treated with Compound Flumetasone Ointment. The efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 84.29%, and that of the treatment group was 95.59%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, the variation had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 7.14%,and that of the treatment group was 5.88%, the variation had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conchmion Local injection with Diprospan is a safe and effective treatment for neurodermatitis.
