前列地尔注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者62例,其中男28例、女34例,将患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组29例。对照组患者予腰椎牵引、理疗和功能锻炼,疗程14 d。治疗组患者除对照组所用治疗措施外,给予前列地尔注射液治疗。观察两组患者在用药前后腰部疼痛、下肢麻木、下肢疼痛症状,按日本N.NAKANO和T.NAKANO腰背痛评定标准进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为90.9%,高于对照组25.4%。治疗前后的腰部疼痛、下肢麻木、下肢疼痛症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液对腰椎间盘突出症短期疗效明确。Objective To study the short-term effect of alprostedil injection on lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods 62 cases of patients with LDH,including 28 males and 34 females, were randomly divided into treatment group（n=33） and control group（n=29）. The control group were treated with lumbar traction,physical therapy,functional exercise for 14 days. The treatment group were treated with Alprostadil Injection on the basis of the treatment of control group, once a day, for 14 days. The symptoms of back pain, lower limb numbness and lower limb pain of the patients in both groups were observed. The curative effects of Alprostadil Injection were evaluated by N.NAKANO and T.NAKANO functional scale, compared before and after treatment. Results The treatment group＇s total effective rate is 90.9%, much higher than the control group＇s 25.4%. The results display significant difference before and after treatment both in the treatment group and the control group; while the effects of the treatment group are better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Alprostadil Injection shows significant short-term effects on LDH.
