摘  要:随着现代电力系统互联低频振荡问题愈发突出,电力系统稳定器广泛应用于抑制振荡。PSS的传统理论是负阻尼机理,以Philips-Heffron模型为基础,通过为系统提供增加阻尼转矩提高系统稳定性。理论上,相位滞后角度可通过计算从PSS输入点到暂态电势间传递函数的相位差来确定,实际常用机端电压代替暂态电势。这能否保证其在各种工况和振荡模式下相位补偿的准确度是值得讨论的。从机理上探究PSS作用,推导了机端电压和暂态电势间传递函数,并分别讨论了参考电压扰动、状态变量初始值和机械功率扰动对上述相位关系的影响,有助于解决现阶段PSS运行存在的问题。Low-frequency oscillation has become more prominent in interconnected electric power system, so power system stabilizer (PSS) is widely used for restraining the low-frequency oscillation. Based on Philips-Heffron model, by using negative damping theory, PSS can enhance the power system stability by increasing the damping torque. Theoretically, the lagging phase angle can be determined by calculating phase difference of the transfer function between PSS input signal with terminal voltage instead of transient EMF. It is worth discussing whether this method can ensure the phase compensating accuracy in various working conditions and oscillation modes. This paper deduces the transfer function between the terminal voltage and the transient EMF, and discusses the effect of the reference voltage, the initial value of state variables and mechanical power on above phase relations. It is useful for resolving the existing problem in PSS operation.
