摘  要:火电厂输煤程控系统常规采用PLC控制方案,即设置主I/O控制站和远程分站,对输煤设备进行控制,该方案信号量及电缆用量巨大,接线复杂。提出一种新型控制方案——基于Profibus现场总线的控制方案,并对上述2个方案进行技术、经济比较,得出采用现场总线技术给输煤程控系统建设、运行、维护能带来巨大效益。PLC control system is usually applied in the coal conveying system, setting primary I/O control station and remote station to control coal conveying equipment, which has a large volume of data and cable consumption. This paper proposes a new kind of control scheme, PROFIBUS fieldbus control system, compares the above two schemes from technical and economic aspects, and reaches a conclusion that this a huge benefit for implementing the fieldbus control scheme in the construction, operation and maintenance of the coal conveying system.
