摘　　要：近两年 ,无论是心血管内科还是超声界 ,对左室舒张功能的研究日见重视。本文就有关从细胞学、血流动力学、激素等不同水平对左室舒张功能产生影响的研究近况进行了归纳整理 ,并对彩色多普勒超声对舒张功能的几种检测方法。At present physicians take more notice on left ventricular diastole function in cardiacus morbus.The author combined and elaborated the patnogenesis of left ventricular diastole function failure on the level of cytology,blood dynamics and hormones.Several methods to estimate it by color doppler blood flow imaging and their diagnostic standards,influencing factors are reviewed.
