摘　　要：党的十八大报告从三个基本层次阐述了社会主义核心价值现的主要内容。反映了社会主义最基本、最核心、最重要价值目标和价值追求。在这三为一体的核心价值观中，从价值导向的主体而言，是个人、社会和国家；从理论构件的作用来分析，则爱国、敬业、诚信、友善是基础，自由、平等、公正、法治是保障，富强、民主、文明、和谐是目标。三个层次相互联系、彼此相互转换、互相推动。不断推动社会主义核心价值观的培育形成。The report of 18th CPC National Congress elaborates the main content of socialist core value from three basic levels. It reflects the most basic, core and important value goal and value pursuit of socialism. In the view of value orientation, the core value is combined with individual, society and nation. Analyzing from the function of theory component, patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendship arc the foundations; liberty, equality, justice, and law enforcement are the guarantors; while prosperity, democracy, civilization and harmony are the targets. The three levels connect, transfer, promote each other, and constantly propel the cultivation of socialist core ValUe.
