摘 要:由于密封装置的老化、检修处理不当以及油纸绝缘系统自身的化学反应等原因,油纸绝缘变压器运行过程中易在变压器内部形成气隙(气泡),减少绝缘使用寿命,降低变压器的运行可靠性.目前,国内外对气隙与油纸绝缘系统回复电压参数之间相互关系的研究尚少,因此建立模拟变压器绝缘系统,实验研究气隙对回复电压参数的影响;结果表明,气隙可使回复电压极化谱产生局部峰值,初始斜率随着气隙的混入而显著增大,因此根据回复电压参数可有效诊断油纸绝缘系统的气隙状况.With the long time operation of oil-paper insulation transformer, an air gap will be formed due to poor sealed, improper maintenance of drying agent in the air breather or chemical reactions occurring within the oil and cellulose. The air gap will shorten the insulation service life and reduce the transformer operation reliability. At present, the research on oil-paper insulation transformer air gap based on return voltage measurement (RVM) is deficient. In this paper, the effect of air gap on the parameter of return voltage was researched. The results showed that the air gap can obviously cause the return voltage polarization spectrum with partial peak value and initial slope. So the air gap can be determined accurately by RVM for oil-paper insulation system.
