摘  要:提出一种应用于含分布式电源配电网的电压质量评估的改进层次分析法,基于三标度法改进传统的层次分析法一致性判定,给出各指标的重要程度,提高评估结果的准确度。并从电压偏差、电压波动、电压闪变、谐波电压、三相电压不平衡和电压暂降6个方面建立电压质量评价层次模型;通过专家决策,形成量化指标,采用改进的层次分析法对电压指标和评估对象进行详细分析,求出对于电压质量不同指标的权重值;实现对电压质量进行评分,确定电压质量等级;最后对比不含分布式电源(DG)的配电网,验证了DG的优势。For the voltage quality assessment of distribution systems with distributed generations, an improved analytical hierarchy process was proposed in this paper. Based on the three-demarca- tion, the unanimous decision of the traditional analytical hierarchy process was improved, and an ac- curate process was thus presented with visible indexes difference. Based on voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, voltage surge, voltage harmonic, three-phase voltage unbalance factor and voltage dip, a voltage quality assessment hierarchy model was established. The specialist made the decision whether or not the index was an important factor, and the quantitative indicators was obtained. Taking advan- tage of the improved analytical hierarchy process, the detail analysis for voltage indexes can be made, and the weight values to the voltage quality indexes can also be worked out. Finally, by scoring the voltage quality, the voltage quality grade can be determined. Compared with the distribution system without distributed generations (DG), the advantages of DG can be validated.
