摘　　要：结合500kV新余站综合自动化系统工程，介绍了一种基于IEC61850标准协议的单独采用程序化操作服务器的方案，并给出了操作流程图。阐述了程控操作配置实施的五大步骤，并对其核心技术和操作流程做了分析。分析认为，基于IEC61850标准协议的新余站实现程序化操作，具有较高的运行可靠性、安全性和灵活性。新余站投运至今一切运行平稳，证实了程序化操作的实施方案、设备配置以及新技术应用是可行的、正确的，而且取得了明显成效，对今后推广应用具有借鉴作用。According to the implementation of 500 kV Xinyu substation automation system, introduces programmed operation solution and the operation flow chart based on the IEC-61850 standard protocols, which uses separated server. Meanwhile, describes five steps of implement programmable operating configuration, and do an analysis of its core technology and operational processes. Concluded that, with the programmed operation based on the IEC 61850 standard protocol , Xinyu substation＇s automation system is more reliable, secure and flexible. So far, The substation has been running smoothly, which confirmed the solution of programmed operation, the devices configuration, and application of new technology is feasible, correct, and achieves remarkable results, which has reference to promote the future use.
