摘 要:采用CaCO3加入AZ91D镁合金熔体中,发生原位反应生成Al4C3颗粒。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机以及显微硬度测试仪分析研究了原位颗粒Al4C3对合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:原位颗粒Al4C3能够作为-Mg的异质形核核心显著的细化合金组织,并且使Mg17Al12分布也趋于均匀弥散。合金晶粒细化后,其硬度、抗拉强度、塑性能力均得到了增强。By adding CaCO3 to AZ91D magnesium alloy melt,Al4 C3 is obtained by in-situ reaction.The effect of in-situ particles on microstructure and properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied by using OM,SEM,EDS,universal testing machine and microhardness tester.The results showed that the grain was obviously refined caused by in-situ particles Al4 C3 which acted as heterogeneous nucleation site,and the Mg17 Al12 phases were uniformly distributed.The hardness,tensile strength and plasticity of the alloy were enhanced after grain being refined.
