摘 要:为了全面提高锡青铜铸件的质量,我们从锡青铜熔炼工艺方面进行了深入的实验研究,改变了通常使用的熔炼工艺,并对结果进行了理论分析和试验验证。新的熔炼工艺对提高锡青铜铸件的内部和外部质量都有明显的效果,在实际生产中,便于操作和控制,显著地提高了生产率和成品率。In order to improve the bronze casting quality,the melting process of bronze was further experimental studied and improved.The results were theoretical analyzed in detail and was verified by experiments.The surface and internal quality of casting was obviously improved by this new melting process which is convenient for operation and control.The production and the yield were significantly improved.
