摘  要:对影响消失模铸造涂料性能的耐火材料目数、黏结剂、表面活性剂及其加入量等因素进行了实验,并利用硅藻土作为吸附剂,考察硅藻土的加入量对消失模铸件表面碳缺陷的影响。通过实验,获得较佳的消失模铸造涂料的制备条件,并加入能够吸附聚苯乙烯裂解产物的吸附剂,从而减少了消失模铸造的碳缺陷。The factors of mesh size of refractory material,binder,surface active agent and their content affecting the property of EPC coating were tested.The diatomite was added as adsorbent,the influence of its content on carbon defect on the casting surface was investigated.Through experiments,the better coating production process was obtained and the adsorbent to adsorb the pyrolysis products of polystyrene was added to reduce the carbon defects of EPC.
