摘　　要：随着我国矿山工业化的快速发展,大型破碎机及传送机的使用越来越广泛,使用的关键部件链板需求量也随之增多,但由于其生产难度大、一次成功率低,所以一直依赖进口,价格居高不下,此次分公司对其进行国产化研究,针对产品的实际使用情况和生产过程存在的难点,通过试验选取合适的缩尺、优化模具、控制生产过程、在热处理及装配过程中设计了专用的工装和检具保证了铸件的平整度,从而获得优良的铸件,为此类铸件的国产生产提供更多的意义。With the accelerated develop of mine industrialization in China,the large buckers and conveyors are more widely used,the demand for the chain plates,the key components in large-scale buckers,increased also.Because of the difficulty in production,the chain plate has been dependent on import up to now.The domestic research on it was carried in Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group CO.,LTD.By selecting appropriate allowance,optimizing the mold,controlling casting process and designing special tool and gauge to ensure the smooth casting surface during the heat treatment process and assembly process,the excellent casting was obtained.
