摘  要:介绍了两种柴油机微粒后处理技术 .一种是陶瓷过滤体微波再生技术 ,通过波导尺寸和再生腔的优化设计 ,使得微波传输效率高 ,微波在再生腔分布均匀 ,再生效率可以达到 90 %左右 ,并通过对二次空气的供给流量、供给时间、加热时间的优化 ,可以使再生持续时间减少到 7min.另一种是新近开发的柴油机后处理系统 ,即以不锈钢丝网过滤结合电晕荷电技术为微粒捕集方法及以压缩空气反吹结合旋风分离技术为丝网再生方法的后处理系统 ( ESSNF) ,61 1 0 A柴油机台架试验的结果证明此系统简单可靠 ,成本相对较低 ,平均过滤效率可达 60 % ,再生效率可达 80 % .Two kinds of diesel engines after treatment technologies are presented. Firstly, the application of microwave regeneration technique for ceramic filter is studied and analyzed. The results indicate that microwave regeneration technique is very efficient. Through the optimizing design of smooth transition section and the regeneration cavity concerning the distribution of microwave energy, the regeneration efficiency of filter can reach 90% or so, and the regeneration duration is reduced to 7 minutes based on optimizing parameters such as velocity of second air, microwave heating time and second air supply time, etc.. Secondly, another new kind of diesel particulate after treatment system (ESSNF) has been designed and developed which uses stainless steel net filter combined with corona charging unit as the particulate trapping part and reverse cleaning unit combined with centrifugal collector as the regeneration part. The bench experiment proves that the ESSNF system is simple and reliable, and the cost is lower than ceramic filter system and the average filtering efficiency is about 60%, the regeneration efficiency is about 80%.
