摘　　要：目的:讨论使用氯吡格雷治疗急性心绞痛的临床效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组使用常规心绞痛治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,联合使用氯吡格雷进行治疗。统计治疗28 d后两组患者的疗效,心绞痛发作频率和持续时间,以判定不同治疗方法的疗效。结果:经过治疗后,观察组显效15例,有效34例,无效11例,总有效率为81.7%。对照组显效10例,有效22例,无效28例,总有效率为53.3%。观察组心绞痛日均发作频率为1次,心绞痛持续时间为3.6 min。观察组心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、治疗效果与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用氯吡格雷治疗急性心绞痛可以降低患者心绞痛发作频率,减少患者心绞痛持续时间,提高患者疗效,是临床中值得运用的一种治疗方法。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina pectoris.Metbods 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases each group.The control group using conventional angina pectoris treatment method,the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy, combined with clopidogrel treatment.Statistical effect 28 days after treatment in two groups of patients,angina attack frequency and duration,to determine the efficacy of different treatment methods.Results After treatment,15 cases were markedly effective,34 cases effective,11 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 81.7%. 10 cases of control group,22 cases effective,28 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 53.3%.The observation group angina attack frequency to 1 times daily.angina pectoris and duration for 3.6 minutes.The observation group angina attack frequency, duration of treatment of angina pectoris,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conelusion The use of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina pectoris angina patients can reduce seizure frequency in patients with angina pectoris, reduce the duration,and improve the curative effects,is a kind of therapy is worth using in clinic.
