健康教育对吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健康教育对吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量影响。方法:回顾性分析100例吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料,将患者分为对照组与健康教育组,每组50例,对照组进行常规治疗,健康教育组加以健康教育,通过随访,对患者的病症控制率、生存时间、生活质量等进行总结评价。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为80%,健康教育组的治疗总有效率为100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育对吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床症状和生活质量都有很大的促进作用,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the health education on gefitinib than on the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with gefitinib treatment of non clinical data of patients with small cell lung cancer,the patients were divided into the control group and the health education group,50 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment,health education group to health education,through follow-up,rate,survival time,quality of life,evaluation of the patients disease control. Results In the control group,the total effective rate was 80%,the treatment of health education group in the total efficiency of 100%,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The health education of gefitinib than for non clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with small cell lung cancer has a significant role in promoting,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
