摘  要:采用KBr辅助水热法制备了Cd0.5Zn0.5S固溶体光催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis漫反射、比表面积、荧光光谱对催化剂进行了表征。考查了催化剂可见光下分解水制氢活性。结果发现KBr的存在促进了Cd0.5Zn0.5S中ZnS(111)晶面的生长,提高了催化剂的还原能力,减少了催化剂的非辐射跃迁,从而提高了催化剂的制氢活性。Cd0.5Zn0.5S solid solution photocatalysts were synthesized by a hydrothermal method assisted by the KBr.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis absorption spectrometry、BET and fluorescence spectra.Their photoactivities were evaluated by hydrogen evolution from water under visible light(λ≥420nm)irradiation.It is found that the presence of KBr promotes the growth of ZnS(111)crystal facet in Cd0.5Zn0.5S solid solution and reduces nonradiative transition of the catalyst,thus the visible light photocatalytic activity of Cd0.5Zn0.5S are enhanced.
