摘  要:以磁性微球作为分离和富集载体,构建了鲁米诺化学发光脂质体的生物传感器并实现癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen CEA)的高灵敏分析检测。实验考察了鲁米诺脂质体制备方法及鲁米诺脂质体在60h内的稳定性,并优化了检测条件。结果表明CEA的测定线性范围为1-700ng·mL-1,检出最低浓度达1ng·mL-1。该方法无需标记、快速、简便、灵敏,为癌胚抗原的高灵敏度检测提供了新的方法。A luminol-encapsulated liposome chemiluminescence biosensor for sensitive determination of CEA was developed based on magnetic microspheres as immobilizing and separating carrier.The best preparation method of luminol-encapsulated liposomes was investigated and the prepared luminol-encapsulated liposomes had good stability in 60hours days.Under the optimized detection conditions,a linear relationship is found between CEA concentration and the CL intensity from 1ng/mL to 700ng·mL-1.The lowest detectable concentration of CEA was 1ng·mL-1.Grounded on the simple,fast and high sensitive analysis.this lable-free protocol would be a potential enlarging tool for the determination of other bio-analytes.
