江西某大学学生体质健康现状分析

摘　　要：为了解大学生体质健康水平,采用数理统计等研究方法,对江西某大学2005-2008级4个年级7 374名学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质3方面的体质健康测试数据进行分析。结果显示4个年级学生体质健康水平呈下降趋势,下降特点各不相同,提示大学体育教学应为此做出相应调整。In order to examine university students＇ physical fitness level,it uses the methods of mathematical to study four grades 7 374students＇ body shape from 2005-2008year of the university in Jiangxi province,body function and physical quality etc three aspects Physical Fitness test data.Results show that four grades students＇ Physical Fitness level is on decline.The characters of decline are different,which tells that university＇s physical teaching should be justified for this.
