摘 要:通过对Mo-V-W-Cu-Sb-O复合氧化物成型处理,制备系列催化剂,并对催化剂表面元素及结构进行研究。结果表明,催化剂经过(370~400)℃焙烧处理,能得到较纯的(V00.7Mo0.93)5O14晶相。在催化剂成型过程中,表面元素价态保持不变,但元素组成发生改变,其中V元素的改变是影响催化剂性能最重要的因素。A series of catalysts were prepared by forming processing of Mo-V-W-Cu-Sb-O composite oxide. The changes of elements and structure on the catalyst surface were investigated. The results showed that pure (V0.07TMo0.93)5O14 crystal phase was attained by calcining the catalyst at (370 -400) ℃ ;the valence of the surface elements remained unchanged during the process of the catalyst forming, but the elemental composition was changed, and the change of vanadium was the most important factor of affecting the catalyst performance.
