摘 要:在固定床反应器中,使用负载贵金属Pt的纳米丝光沸石催化剂,在一定工艺条件下考察不同萘含量对甲苯和均四甲苯混合物歧化与烷基转移反应性能的影响。研究表明,在反应温度370℃、反应压力2.0 MPa、质量空速4.0 h-1和氢烃物质的量比为2.0条件下,混合原料中萘的引入使甲苯歧化反应受到明显抑制;随着原料中萘含量的增加,均四甲苯异构化的反应路线比例明显升高。探讨了萘在反应中的转化机理。Using supported platinum mordenite nanocrystals as the catalyst, the effects of naphthalene contents in raw materials on disproportionation and transalkylation of mixtures of toluene and durene were investigated in a fixed bed reactor under certain conditions. The results showed that the disproportionation of toluene was inhibited by the introduction of naphthalene in the raw material, and with the increase of naphthalene content in feedstocks, the proportion of isomerization reaction scheme of durene was significantly increased under the reaction condition of temperature 370 ~C, pressure 2.0 MPa, WHSV 4.0 h-1 and n( H2 ):n (hydrocarbon) = 2.0. On this basis, the reaction mechanism of naphthalene was discussed.
