摘  要:采用水热法合成纳米方块和纳米微球固体超强酸催化剂SO2-4/α-Fe2O3,研究超强酸的制备条件,并以此为催化剂,考察催化合成乙酸乙酯的条件。结果表明,焙烧温度450℃制备的纳米微球固体超强酸催化剂SO2-4/α-Fe2O3具有较好的催化活性,催化合成乙酸乙酯的条件为:n(酸)∶n(醇)=2.5∶1,反应时间2 h,反应温度95℃,酯化率为91.5%。Nanoparticle SO42-/α-Fe2O3 solid superacid catalysts with the crystal structures of nanocubes and hollow microspheres were synthesized via a hydrothermal route. The preparation condition of SO42-/α-Fe2O3 solid superacid catalysts and the synthesis condition of ethyl acetate over the as-prepared catalysts were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst with the crystal structure of hollow microspheres calcined at 450 ℃ possessed better catalytic activity, and ethyl acetate yield of 91.5 % was obtained under the appropriate reaction condition as follows : n (acid) : n ( alcohol ) = 2.5: 1, reaction time 2 h,and reaction temperature 95 ℃.
