益气活血汤对大鼠血管内皮损伤后VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨益气活血汤对大鼠血管内皮损伤后VEGF表达的影响。方法：健康雄性SD大鼠90只，体重200～220g，随机分为中药组（n=30）、西药组（n=30）和对照组（n=30），三组大鼠高脂饲料喂养4周后行颈动脉内皮球囊损伤的造模。术后普通饲料喂养，中药组予益气活血汤灌胃8周，西药组予阿托伐他汀钙片灌胃8周，对照组予生理盐水灌胃8周。三组大鼠灌胃8N后处死，用免疫组化法观察对损伤血管内皮的影响。结果：对照组血管内膜不规则增厚，中药组、西药组内膜增生程度较对照组轻（P〈0．05）。结论：益气活血汤能使大鼠颈动脉内皮损伤后内膜增生程度减低，可能与其促进VEGF的表达、抑制炎症反应和改善血管内皮功能有关。Objective： To investigate the effect of Yiqihuoxue decoction on VEGF expression after vascular endothelial injury of the rat. Method：90 healthy male S13 rats ranging from 200~220 g were randomly divided into herbal group （n=30）, west medicine group （n=30）, control group （n=30）. The molding of internal carotid artery balloon injury was performed on the three groups after 4 weeks＇ fat-fed. The common fodder was fed after surgery. The herbal group was treated with Yiqihuoxue decoction by gavage for 8 weeks. The west medicine group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets by gavage for 8 weeks. The control group was treated with normal saline by gavage for 8 weeks. Modeling surgery rats were sacrificed after 8 weeks. The effect of endothelial damage of each group was observed by immunohistochemistry. Result：It showed irregular thickening of the intima in the control group. The intimal hyperplasia was less seriously in herbal and west medicine groups （P〈O.05）. Conclusion： Yiqihuoxue decoction can decrease the intimal hyperplasia after carotid artery endothelial injury of the rat model. It is probably related to its function of promoting VEGF expression, suppressing inflammation and improving endothelial function.
