摘　　要：论文针对卫星通信的高速实时数据传输的特点,提出一个基于RTP传输协议的实时数据可靠传输方案。论文采用的RTP协议是以太网上的进行语音、视频等流媒体数据实时传输协议,在UDP实时传输协议基础上,结合RTP协议以满足卫星数据通信的实时性和传输质量可靠性。论文对于卫星通信网络传输的问题进行了阐述,并深入分析了利用RTP协议的结构,对于卫星传输数据网络传输提出可行性方案。Given the characteristic of high speed and real-time data transmission of Satellite Communications, this paper presents a de- pendable real-time data transmission scheme based on RTP transport protocols. The RTP herein is real-time data transport protocols of the stream media on Ethernet such as sound, video. Based on the UDP real-time transport protocols, the paper, combined with RTP, aims to satisfy the requirement of real time and credibility of the transport quality. This paper expatiates the issue of satellite communications net- works transport, and makes a thorough analysis of the configuration of using RTP, and presents a feasible program for the satellite transport data network.
