摘  要:主要设计了基于铂电阻和ADS1248的多路温度采集系统。在该系统中,铂电阻阻值随着温度改变而发生变化,通过ADS1248提供的恒流源转换成模拟电压信号,该模拟电压信号经ADS1248模数转换器转换后送入STM32F103VET6控制器进行处理,通过USB接口与PC机进行通讯,将温度值显示在PC机软件上;也可将该设备挂接在CAN网络中,将温度值通过CAN总线发送出去。系统采用三线制连接法,并对温度曲线斜率进行非线性补偿,具有测量原理简单、精度高、成本低、使用方便等特点,非常适合工业应用。The system is designed based on platinum resistor and multi-channel temperature acquisition of ADS1248. In this system, the value of platinum resistance changes with the temperature, the constant current soree provided by ADS1248 is converted into the analog voltage signal, the analog voltage signal is inputted into STM32F103VET6 controller for processing after converting through ADS1248 ana- log-to-digital conversion, and the value of temperature is displayed on PC software through the communication between USB interface and PC software. The device can he articulated in the CAN network, and the value of temperature is sent by CAN bus. Three line connection and nonlinear compensation of temperature curve slope is used in he system. It has some advantages such as the simple principle of measure, high precision, low cost, convenient use and is very suitable for industrial application.
