福州某住宅地基不均匀沉降对上部框架结构影响的有限元分析

摘　　要：地基不均匀沉降是常见的建筑工程事故。福州某住宅楼由于受其毗邻工程地下室施工土方开挖与抽水的影响,地基产生不均匀沉降,并造成部分框架梁开裂。为分析地基的不均匀沉降对上部结构受力的影响,用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对该建筑物进行了数值分析计算,为该工程的加固设计提供参考。Some engineering problem is caused by the ground unequal settlements. A residential building in Fuzhou comes forth the ground unequal settlements and some beams cracking during the construction of a building nearby. In order to investigate the influence of the ground unequal settlements on the superstruc- ture, we examined the building on site and analyzed the interior force with finite element software ANSYS. At last, it provides a reference to the strengthening design with the detection and academic data~
