摘 要:针对喷雾实验所用的汽油机喷油器进行其控制系统的开发研究。设计开发出一整套包括控制电路和控制界面的喷雾实验台用的汽油机喷油器控制系统,详细介绍了所设计的DC/DC(直流电)升压电路、ECU(电子控制单元)控制电路、喷油器驱动电路的工作原理,并对制作完成后的电路板进行测试。结果显示:通过调节电位器,DC/DC升压电路输出端电压可以实现12 V到245 V之间任意电压直流电的稳定输出;升压电路输出端电压从0 V上升至65 V所用时间约为46 ms;单次喷雾过程中,当喷雾持续时间为10 ms时,从DC/DC升压电路向喷油器驱动电路供电到DC/DC升压电路输出端电压恢复至65 V所用时间约为44 ms,喷油器驱动电流和电压波形均与目标喷油器规定的驱动电流和电压波形吻合。说明此控制系统可以满足喷雾实验连续驱动喷油器的要求,通过调节升压电路输出电压和工作参数可满足不同型号喷油器的高速开闭,达到精确控制喷油器的目的。This study aimed at the development of a set of gasoline engine fuel injector control sys- tem for spraying experiment. A set of gasoline engine fuel injector control system composed of the circuit and the interface for spray experiment was developed. The operational principle of DC/DC (Direct Current)booster circuit, ECU (Electronic Control Unit)control circuit and injector drive cir- cuit was introduced in detail and the properties of the circuit board were tested. By adjusting the po- tentiometer, DC/DC booster circuit can output stable direct current voltage from 12 V to 245 V. It takes about 46 milliseconds (ms) for the DC/DC booster circuit to rise output voltage from 0 V to 65 V. When the injection duration is l0 ms in a single spray process, the DC/DC booster circuit takes about 44 ms for the output high voltage back to 65 V. The waveforms of the drive current and drive voltage of this control system are consistent with the target value of drive current and drive volt- age. The result shows that the system can meet the requirement of spraying experiment for driving fuel injector continually to open and to close at high speed by adjusting output voltage and operation-al parameter of the DC/DC booster circuit. Therefore, the booster circuit can satisfy the demand of continuous driving injector in the spray experiment.
