燃煤电厂电煤分布均衡性分析

摘　　要：电煤的供应和储备至关重要,其不仅影响燃煤电厂的经济效益,也关系到能否维持可靠的电力供应。为避免由于电煤供应因故中断而影响正常发电,燃煤电厂必须维持一定数量的电煤储备。对于所研究的某个区域如一个省而言,除了区域内所有燃煤电厂所维持的电煤储备总量需要保持一定水平外,电煤储备在各燃煤电厂间分布的均衡性则更加重要,这是因为该均衡性影响每个燃煤电厂的短期发电能力,进而影响整个区域的电力供应能力。在此背景下,首先提出采用基尼系数、泰尔指数及标准差等统计指标来评价电煤分布的均衡性,并发展了详细的评价指标和评价方法。之后,对某省内燃煤电厂电煤分布均衡性指标做了计算分析,以说明所提出的方法的基本特征,并分析了不均衡的原因。The thermalcoal inventory and supply are very important, not only for securing the profit for coalfired pow er plants, but also for maintaining reliable power supply. It is necessary to have a certain amount of thermalcoal inven tory so as to avoid the interruption of power generation due to insufficient thermalcoal supply. While maintaining a cer tain level of total thermalcoal inventory is necessary for all coalfired power plants in the studied area such as a prov ince. It is even more important to seek the thermalcoal distribution equilibrium among all coalfired power plants, since such an equilibrium is vital for securing the shortterm generation capacity of each coalfired power plant, and fur ther for the whole power supply capacity. Hence, how to analyze the coal distribution equilibrium is a problem to be solved, and this is the focus of this paper. Given this background, the wellestablished Gini coefficient, Theil index and several statistical indexes such as the standard deviation coefficient are introduced into thermalcoal distribution e quilibrium analysis, and evaluation methods are presented. The thermalcoal distribution equilibrium indexes are next calculated for a province＂ in China so as to demonstrate the basic characteristics of the presented indexes and methods, and some reasons of disequilibrium are examined.
