摘  要:以乙酸钡、硝酸铋、钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法合成铋层状BaBi4Ti4O15粉体.研究了络合稳定剂、pH值对胶凝前驱体的影响.比较了溶胶凝胶法与传统熔盐法合成的BaBi4Ti4O15粉体结构、形貌的不同.结果表明,氨水为络合稳定剂时,可以抑制硝酸铋的水解.当pH值为4时,可以得到稳定的胶凝前驱体.溶胶凝胶法合成的BaBi4Ti4O15粉体与熔盐法合成粉体对比,合成温度为800℃,粒径较小约0.5~1μm,化学纯度高.Bismuth layer-structured ferroelectric material BaBi4 Ti4 O15(BBT)powders were prepared by solgel process using acetic acid barium,bismuth nitrate,tetrabutyl titanate as raw materials.The effects of the complexing agent and pH value on preparing precursor solution were studied.The difference between microstructures and morphology of BBT powders prepared by sol-gel process and molten salt method were studied.Ammonia is an effective complexation reagent of Bi 3+,which could control the hydrolysis of Bi(NO3) 3.When pH value is about 4,the stable and uniform BBT precursor could be obtained.The pure bismuth layer-structured BBT powders forms at 800℃ which Particle size is 0.5-1μm.
