摘　　要：滨海新区的建立以及天津市经济社会的快速发展,对天津市高等教育体系提出了更高的要求,高等教育系统应在经济社会发展中做出更大的贡献.天津市地方普通高校在办学过程中,对待大学办学特色表现出了积极的建设态度,但在办学特色建设过程中出现若干误区,本文根据发展困境提出了若干具有针对性的对策建议。The establishment of Tianjin Binhai New Area, as well as the rapid development of economy and society, requires that higher education system should make greater contribution to the economic and social development. Tianjin local colleges and universities show a positive attitude towards the construction of school-running characteristics, bat some error occurred during the course of school characteristics construction. According to the development dilemma,the paper puts forward some targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
