摘 要:我国许多金属矿山竖井都经历十几年甚至几十年的生产提升,井筒装备技术落后,腐烂锈蚀,安全隐患严重,不能保证矿山安全生产需要,面临井筒装备技术改造的课题。井筒装备改造不同于新井筒装备施工,需要考虑既有提升能力校核与改造、既有装备在施工中安全稳定因素以及改造装备与既有装备的工艺衔接等问题,施工技术复杂。针对我国某铜矿副井装备改造,笔者总结了装备改造技术经验,期望在以后的竖井装备改造中有所启示。Many metal mine's shafts had experienced for ten years, even decades'of production operation. Due to shaft's backward technology, equipment corrosion and potential safety hazard, the shaft could not meet the safety requirement of mine production, and faced the study of shaft equipment technical transformation. Shaft equipment technical transformation was different from new shaft e- quipment construction, which needed to consider the ability and safety factor of existing equipment during construction, and the techni- cal connection between existing equipment and equipment transformation, with complex construction technique. In view of an auxiliary shaft equipment transformation in a Chinese copper mine, the writer combined the experience of equipment transformation, inspired the shaft equipment transformation in the future.
